Look at how your life is going now to see what’s working and what’s not.
Explore (at minimum): wants, needs, values, habits, goals, energy, and mental models. Make accessible, but significant, changes towards crafting the life you want to be living.
Sessions 7-12: Execute one key area of change
Get clear on one place where you are ready to make change. We’ll identify the barriers to reaching your desired outcome and systematically work to reduce or eliminate those barriers by addressing mindset, learning new skill, increasing capacity for discomfort, and taking aligned action.
