Moving outside of your comfort zone.
They say that everything you want is outside of your comfort zone. And, somehow, the fact that we have a comfort zone in the first place has become a bad thing in the world of personal development. But it’s not.
Your comfort zone is really your safety zone. This is what your brain and nervous system currently know to be safe. Of course the parts of your brain tasked with keeping you alive would want you to stay there!
That isn’t a problem, it’s a blessing.
But, it’s also true that what we want is on the other side of what we know to be safe.
