You will have 50,000-60,000 thoughts every single day.
Those thoughts create your experience of reality and determine the quality of your life.
This section will teach you how to manage and change thinking that doesn’t serve you.

The new thought needs to be believable (not that you fully believe it now, but believable).
If you know what you want to believe eventually, but can’t quite get on board with it, just go to a better feeling thought and give yourself time to slowly work towards the new thought.
