For the last 15 years I have been seeking greater and greater levels of personal wellbeing. As a holistic life coach I am committed to taking all that knowledge and presenting it to my clients in a way that lets them achieve success without so much guesswork and trail and error.

One of the things I wish I had known about sooner was the role that the autonomic nervous system plays in…well, pretty much everything. It was the missing link for me that made a lot of my early efforts ineffective or less effective than they could have been.

Often this type of work is presented or taught only in the realm of physical healing, but it’s crucial to mindset work. Many of the brain’s responses are subconscious and many of our reactions are actually nervous system responses rather than something we have control over.

It is only after we address the subconscious responses of the autonomic nervous system and bring that into regulation that we can truly address the deeper wounds, beliefs, mindsets, and narratives that are affecting our ability to create the life we desire.
