Book Club

I love reading books… but I’m notorious for buying them and letting them sit on my shelf. I’m much more likely to read them if we’re all doing it together.

But, this is about more than that. Learning new concepts in a specific way does positive things for the brain on a cellular level. These cellular changes will help the brain to function in a healthier way, making all of life easier.

PS - If you’re struggling to read because you’re in fight or flight, I highly suggest Audible. It will give you 15 minute overviews of many books that you can listen to.

You’re also 100% welcome to show up to the discussions even if you haven’t read the book :)
